Privacy

We ask for the least we can, use it only for what you signed up for, and never sell it. That’s the whole policy -- the rest is detail.

What we collect

• Updates. Your email, when you subscribe to summit announcements.
• Contact. Your name, email, and message, when you write to us.
• Registration. Handled by our ticketing partner. Payment is processed on their platform -- we never see your card number.
• Analytics. Privacy-respecting, aggregate, and cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cross-site tracking, no ad networks.

How we use it

To send you what you asked for, answer your questions, and organize the Summit -- nothing else. We don’t profile you, and we don’t share your details with sponsors or other attendees without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Subscriber and contact details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Registration records are kept as long as the ticketing partner and our accounting obligations require, then removed.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Ask us to show, export, or delete everything we hold about you at any time -- just email hello@better-company.org and we’ll take care of it.

Third parties

We rely on a handful of trusted services: an email provider for updates, a registration platform (such as Humanitix) for tickets, and Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Each processes your data only to do its job for us. Named subprocessors and the final effective date will be published before registration opens.
